What is V cell filter? The media is a non-shedding, gradient, density. Through building up progressively smaller and smaller continuous filament fibers in a single thermally bonded web, the media is manufactured. The media has advantages of exceptional efficiency, durability, moisture resistance, low air flow resistance. And it has good depth loading characteristics. The pleat pack is made from polypropylene. The pleat pack has continuous spacer beads thermally bonded to both sides of media. The spacer beads are 3/8 apart for media support. And it is colored to identify efficiency grade. The frame is a rigid impact resistant. There is a U-Channel made from moisture proof polypropylene foam which is wrapped around the perimeter of the media pack.
What is V cell filter? The media and frame of V cell filters are polypropylene. V cell filter has many advantages. It has high efficiency. It is durable and it can resist damage. It is quite light. It has resistant to most chemicals and it can be incinerated for disposal. It has longer service life. It will not corrode or support microbial growth. So, it can be widely used in our daily life.
