1.The net-type cardboard HEPA filters
Net-type cardboard HEPA filters has copper network as filtering material. 2.Line gap type cardboard HEPA filters
Line gap type cardboard HEPA filters are around with steel wire or aluminum wire tightly in the external cylindrical skeleton to form a filter. The cardboard HEPA filters rely on the tiny gaps between the copper wires to filter out the impurities mixed with liquid. Of cause, there are many common features of cardboard HEPA filters types like simple structure, large flow capacity, higher filtration precision, but it is not easy to clean compared to the above one.
3.The paper-type cardboard HEPA filters
Paper-type cardboard HEPA filters inside is made of the plain, corrugated phenolic resin or wood pulp paper. The filter core is made of micro-porous filter paper and it always takes paper core around the hole of the tin-coated which is made of skeleton to increase the intensity. In order to increase the filter area, the paper core is shaped like the folded shape. Its filtering precision is higher which is generally used in the oil filter, but blocked after cleaning. So we should often change the filter element.
